What is the average delivery time?

In the Netherlands, we try to deliver within 2 or 3 days (no delivery on Sundays). In the rest of the European countries, we will try to get the orders delivered within 7 working days. Orders placed from a non-European country will have a delivery time of 7 to 20 working days.

To which countries do you ship? 

We ship our packages within the Netherlands, to countries from the EU and international*.

Can I return an order?

Yes! Homeless applies a return period of 14 days, with which we honor the period to exercise the so-called right of withdrawal. Within this time frame, you may try on the item(s) you ordered. We will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 30 days after confirmation of receipt. Only unused and undamaged items can be returned. Shipping costs for the item(s) you returned will not be reimbursed. For details on returning an order, head to Returns & Exchange!

Can I exchange an order?

Definitely! Send an email to our support team with your information. After you have received a confirmation from our team, you can send the item(s) back to us as soon as possible and within the 14-day return period. As soon as we have received your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation and we will exchange the item(s) concerned. For details on exchanging an order, head to Returns & Exchange!

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments via Ideal, PayPal, with MasterCard and Visa.

You can contact Homeless by e-mail or by filling out the contact form which can be found under the heading Contact Us. At www.byhomeless.com we welcome any questions and are open to any remarks and suggestions. After we have received your message by contact form or email, we will respond within 24 hours.

What about international customers and import tax?

When ordering from a different country than the Netherlands, you may be subjected to import taxes, duties, tariffs or impositions linked to your purchase. For these import taxes or any other charges that occur and apply to your country, Homeless will not be responsible. By placing your order, you agree and take the responsibility for those costs that might come to you. Unfortunately we are not able to cover all the costs of shipping internationally. Therefore, the payment must be made prior to us sending the package to you.
