Shipment Policy

During opening hours, Homeless will usually be able to handle and package your order immediately. We try to deliver within 2 or 3 days (no delivery on Sundays) within the Netherlands (longer when shipped to a different country). Deliveries are made between Mondays and Saturdays, not on Sundays (in the Netherlands).

If a delivery cannot be made because you are not at home, the delivery service will leave you a notification. In that case, the notification will indicate if your order will be delivered again at a later date, has been delivered to one of your neighbors or will be delivered to the nearest (Post NL) pick-up point (in the Netherlands).

Note: when you receive the items you ordered, please inspect the exterior packaging for defects. In case of any defect, please report the defect to the transporter and contact us for further assistance.

Shipment costs

Shipment within the Netherlands will be calculated on weight of the package. Under 10 kg you will be charged €6,95 and under 30 kg €13,25.

Shipping costs to countries other than the Netherlands can be calculated on the My-shopping-bag page once you have placed one or more items in your cart. 

Delivery time

In the Netherlands, we try to deliver within 2 or 3 days (no delivery on Sundays). In the rest of the European countries, we will try to get the orders delivered within 7 working days. Orders placed from a non-European country will have a delivery time of 7 to 20 working days.

Track & Trace and shipping confirmation

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation of shipment from Homeless at the email address you have provided, including a track-and-trace code. With this code, you can easily and quickly track the status of your order on the web-site of the delivery service
